Terms & Conditions

The Be More Intentional offer (“Offer”) is valid for professional event planners (“Planners”) who are World of Hyatt members that book a Qualifying Event (as defined below) at a participating Hyatt hotel or resort (other than Miraval Resorts) (each a “Hotel”) in the Americas by June 30, 2025, to be actualized by December 31, 2025. Excludes participating Miraval Resorts, which have a different offer and terms.

A “Qualifying Event” is a booking made by a Planner with a signed contract (“Contract”) for a professional, corporate or business (“Organization”) meeting or event (personal/family events such as weddings, anniversaries, showers, etc. do not qualify) to be held at a Hotel in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean, in one or more of the Hotel’s event/meeting spaces as designated in the Contract and with a guaranteed minimum booking of ten (10) guest rooms on the peak night of the meeting/event (“Guest Room Booking”).  The Guest Room Booking must be on the same Contract as the event. 

Planner must request offer code “WELLBEING” (the “Code”) at time of event inquiry, and the Code must be included in the Contract. Offer availability and benefit details are at Hotel discretion, which may be based on various factors including event/meeting space and guest room availability. Promotional blackout periods may apply due to seasonal periods or special events, and normal arrival/departure restrictions apply (unless otherwise noted). Offer may be altered or withdrawn at any time without notice. In such case, where required by law, an alternate offer of similar value will be offered.  Void where prohibited. Offer is an invitation to negotiate a Contract, and is only available if the Event Planner requests the Offer and the Hotel confirms its availability. All details relating to the Qualifying Event (including the guest room bookings) are subject to the Contract terms, which override any terms set forth in the Offer. All dollar amounts listed in the Offer are in USD. 

For information about the cancellation, refund and deposit policies associated with Qualifying Events booked pursuant to this Offer, please refer to information provided at time of contracting. No portions of this Offer are redeemable for cash or other substitutions, nor are they replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen, or expired. Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held stays or previously executed contracts and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts, except as expressly stated. The unauthorized sale, transfer, reproduction or distribution of this Offer, or of any reservations pursuant to this Offer, or of any of the benefits awarded hereunder is not allowed, and may constitute fraud. Planner is solely responsible for ensuring participation in the Offer does not violate his/her employer’s or Organization’s policies and, if required, taking steps to comply with such policies, which could include declining Offer benefits. If necessary, Planner is solely responsible for notifying Organization of any benefits Planner may earn related to an Organization’s Qualifying Event.

The rebate benefit included in this Offer is a percentage discount off qualifying charges (which vary for Hyatt hotels/resorts and for Hyatt Inclusive Collection and other Hyatt all-inclusive resorts, as specified in the table in the Offer), based on the percentage discount tier (as specified in the table in the Offer) which is determined by either the total final actualized contracted pre-tax master bill for hotels and resorts or the total final actualized guest room revenue for all-inclusive resorts (the “Rebate Amount”). The Rebate Amount is returned to purchaser after the Qualifying Event is actualized and full payment has been received by the Hotel for the pre-rebate amount of the master bill. Complimentary meeting room rental, health break and wellbeing enhancement are determined at the sole discretion of the participating hotel.  AV discount percentages to be established based on overall meeting revenue and availability of equipment, as determined by participating hotels.  If Peloton® gift card is chosen as gift card, recipient releases the Hotel, Hyatt Corporation, and their respective affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims arising out of the use or misuse of the goods/services received from use of gift card, and understands that Released Parties are not providing any warranties on Peloton goods/services.  Redemption of any gift card selected is subject to all terms stated on or in connection with gift card on issuance, including expiration date (if any). Planner must be a World of Hyatt member at the time of contracting and provide membership number. This offer is subject to the complete terms and conditions of the World of Hyatt program available at Hyatt.com/terms. Bonus Points earned under this Offer may be associated with and split amongst a maximum of three (3) parties for a Qualifying Event.  Those parties sharing the Bonus Points may be any combination of Individual Planners or Organizations that have a World of Hyatt membership and for whom a number is provided at time of Contract.  Please allow two to four weeks after checkout for Bonus Points to be posted in the World of Hyatt account(s). A maximum of 100,000 World of Hyatt points (regular points and bonus points combined) may be applied per Qualifying Meeting.

Planning Benefits 

World of Hyatt bonus points, over & above contracted standard planner points, up to 100,000:

• Receive 5K for meeting that actualized from $5,000-$24,999.
• Receive 10k for meeting that actualized from $25,000-$49,999.

Q3 Bonus

For Qualifying Events actualized at participating hotels/resorts between July 1 and September 30, 2025, receive choice of one (1) bonus gift card, value of which will be based on actualized contracted guest room revenue as follows:

• $5,000 - $23,999 = $150 gift card
• $24,000 - $49,999 = $250 gift card
• $50,000 - $74,999 = $350 gift card
• $75,000+ = $550 gift card
